What is your turnaround time + hours of operation?

Your first artwork proof is sent within 3-5 business days of placing an order. Any additional revisions are made within 1-2 business days.

Hours of operation are Monday - Friday, 10am-6pm EST.

I need my order sooner than that! Can I get a rush order?

Yes! If you would like upgrade to a Rush Order, please purchase this add-on (in addition to your other listing), through the following link -
www.etsy.com/ca/listing/555048291/rush-order-upgrade.

With this upgrade: You will receive your digital artwork proof within 1 - 2 business days. Upon your approval, you will receive your final print files within 1 - 2 business days.

My Business days are Monday - Friday, 10-6 EST.

What size of envelopes do I need?

While envelopes are not included in my listings, all of my invites and card options fit standard sized envelopes!

Here are my suggestions for corresponding envelope sizes:

I want a matching additional item, but it's not already listed - can it be made to order?

Yes! If you require a matching item for a specific collection of mine, and don't see it - just ask!

I'll be happy to send you along a list of possible additional items and pricing.

I need to make a change to my artwork proof - is that possible?

No problem – just ask! 

Two rounds of revisions are included with all made to order items. However, any further edits beyond that will incur a small fee of $5.00 CND (+ any applicable taxes) per updated proof.

I love the design, but can you change the colour(s)?

Maybe! If you think your custom colour(s) will work well with the design, please contact me PRIOR to purchase. I will confirm whether or not it is possible within the constraints of the design, and do my best to accommodate your request.

All colour customizations require an additional upgrade fee. This amount varies, depending on the complexity of the design in question.

I love the design, but can you change the wording for a different type of event?

Maybe! If you think your event will work well with the existing text layout, please contact me PRIOR to purchase with your exact revised text. I will do my best to accommodate your request, and confirm whether or not it will fit with the existing design.

Depending on the amount of text customization required, an additional upgrade fee may be necessary.

I need slightly different dimensions than what you are offering - is that possible?

Yes! I understand that some online print services can require unconventional file sizes & set-ups. As long as the changes are minimal (3/4 inch or less) - this shouldn't be a problem.

If this is for an INSTANT DOWNLOAD item, an additional customization fee will be required.

If this is for a MADE TO ORDER item, please indicate the new dimensions + the print service you will be using, in the "notes to seller" box at checkout **when purchasing your listing**. If done at that time, no additional fees will be added.

However, if this request is sent after your Made To Order item has been purchased, an additional customization fee will be required. This is because I have already begun working on your order.

Do you offer printing?

Not yet! However, none of my designs require special printing procedures as they are - so your local professional print shop should be able to print them without issue. Alternately, you can print them at home, or with an online print service. 

**PRO's** This way you save on shipping fees, and avoid longer wait times!

Will you design me a whole new stationery suite from scratch?

At this time I do not accept entirely custom commissions.
